Don’t interfere with God’s plan
2 Samuel 6.6
“…Uzzah put forth his hand to the Ark of God, and took hold of it; for the oxen shook it.”
Many times we want to help the Lord out, especially when you asked Him to help you, and you want to take over because He “takes to long.” He doesn’t wants us to do this. He has everything under control, and we get in the way.
We must be careful that we don’t get in God’s way.
We see many men and women going into the mission field because they think it’s a good idea. They don’t last for very long in the mission field, if God has not specifically and directly called them to do this.
It’s important that we need to be called by God to do what ever He has planned for us. God doesn’t want us to help Him out. He wants us to be obedient to His call.
We keep forgetting that God is more than capable of attending to any problems that may occur.
Be obedient and do what God tells us what to do. He more than capable to undertake for the rest, we just need to trust Him fully.
Let’s pray
Lord Jesus, forgive me for interfering with Your plan for me. Help me to have patience when You know what’s best for me. Amen
